Alex Bah injury update: Benfica's latest development
Benfica have announced the return of Alex Bah to their squad, following his recent injury setback.
The Brazilian midfielder has been sidelined since he suffered a knee injury in training on October 15th and was not expected to be available for the upcoming season.
However, it appears that things have turned around for the club as Bah has now been given the green light to return to training and is set to make his debut against Vitória de Guimarães next week.
"Alex Bah has been out for quite some time, but we're very happy to see him back," said Benfica manager Jose Mourinho. "He had a tough time recovering from his knee injury and I'm really glad that he's finally back."
Despite being unable to play in the league this season due to his injury,Football Special Report Bah is hopeful of making a comeback soon. "I'm hoping to get back into the team sooner rather than later," he said. "We'll see how things go, but I'm looking forward to playing again."
The return of Bah will no doubt bring much-needed energy to the team and provide them with a fresh perspective on the upcoming campaign. The club has already shown signs of confidence in their young talent, and their hopes are high for the future success of the team under Bah's guidance.
