Rafael Leão is a former Brazilian football player who played for several clubs in his career, including AC Milan and Flamengo. He was born on April 15, 1978, in São Paulo, Brazil.

Leão began his professional career with Santos FC, where he made his debut in the 1996 Copa Libertadores. He then moved to Flamengo, where he won two Campeonato Brasileiro titles and one Copa Libertadores title.
