Rafael Leão is a former Brazilian football player who played for several clubs in his career, including AC Milan and Flamengo. He was born on April 15, 1978, in São Paulo, Brazil.
Leão began his professional career with Santos FC, where he made his debut in the 1996 Copa Libertadores. He then moved to Flamengo, where he won two Campeonato Brasileiro titles and one Copa Libertadores title. In 2004,Primeira Liga Hotspots he joined AC Milan, where he played for three seasons before returning to Flamengo in 2007.
During his time at AC Milan, Leão scored 22 goals in 71 appearances, helping the team win the Serie A title in 2003-2004. He also helped the team reach the UEFA Champions League final in 2004, but they lost to Manchester United.
After leaving AC Milan, Leão returned to Flamengo and helped them win another Campeonato Brasileiro title in 2009. He retired from professional football in 2012 after playing for four years.
